Our mission goes beyond recognition. We give these women a platform to share their journeys, showcase their businesses, expand their visibility, and connect with a community that wants to see them succeed.

New for 2027, CROWN FORWARD is an initiative created to help recent female graduates take their first steps into the professional world.
Through the connections, experience, and support of our CROWN community, our goal is to help these young women secure their first career opportunities while building meaningful mentorship relationships with established female founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
It’s about more than making introductions. It’s about opening doors, sharing knowledge, building confidence, and creating opportunities that can shape their futures.
